Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 3 May 2026

This policy applies to anyone using the Deadly Hub platform: both customers running their own site/ordering/bookings on our service, and visitors to those sites. By using Deadly Hub you agree not to do any of the things listed below.

1. You must not

  • Use Deadly Hub for anything illegal under UK or applicable local law.
  • Upload, store, or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Send unsolicited marketing (spam) using our infrastructure or branding, including SMS, email or messaging.
  • Distribute malware, run phishing pages, or use the service to attack any other system.
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data, break our multi-tenant isolation, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the platform other than your own data.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service except under a separate written agreement.
  • Process special-category personal data (health, biometrics, etc.) without first agreeing extra terms with us.
  • Use the service to take payments for goods or services that are illegal or that violate our payment processor's rules.

2. Security research

We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you've found a security issue, message us on our Facebook page before making it public. Don't access data that isn't yours and don't run automated scans against production without prior written consent.

3. Enforcement

We may remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report serious abuse to law enforcement. Where the breach causes us loss (for example chargebacks, blacklisting of our sending domain, or legal costs), we may pass those costs on to the responsible account.

4. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of a site running on Deadly Hub, message us on our Facebook page with the URL and a short description.
