Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Deadly Hub platform (our hosted website, online ordering, gift cards, bookings, and related services, the "Service") and any subscription you take with us. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Definitions

  • "Customer": the business or individual who subscribes to the Service.
  • "End User": your customers who interact with the site/ordering you run on the Service.
  • "Customer Data": content, branding, menus, orders and personal data you put into the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information, be 18+ (or signing up on behalf of a registered business), and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

  • Current public offers and setup scopes are shown on the pricing page. VAT treatment is confirmed in writing before you commit.
  • Bookings module fair-use: up to 1,500 confirmed reservations per calendar month included. Above that we'll discuss a tailored plan; we won't disable your form without notice.
  • No per-order fees on the core subscription. Payment processing, message credits, hardware and other separately quoted items are charged separately as agreed.
  • Subscriptions are monthly rolling. Either side may cancel at the end of any monthly term.
  • Setup fees, where quoted, are payable up front and non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Late payment may suspend access. We'll always email you before suspending.

4. Free trial / live preview

The public site at deadlyhub.com is a feature showcase, provided "as is" for evaluation. Don't rely on it for real orders, real bookings, or real payments. Sample-shop transactions and bookings made on the showcase are not contractual and may be reset at any time. Pricing shown on the /pricing page is indicative only and does not form a binding offer until countersigned in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You and your End Users must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Customer data & data protection

  • You own your Customer Data. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
  • For personal data of your End Users you are the data controller and we are the data processor. Our Privacy Policy and the sub-processor list within it form our data-processing terms.
  • You're responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you collect via the Service and for your own privacy notices to End Users.

7. Our IP

We own the Service, the underlying software and the Deadly Hub brand. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service up. We don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be notified where possible.

9. Suspension & termination

Either side may terminate at the end of any monthly term. We may suspend or terminate immediately for unpaid invoices, security risk, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination you can export your Customer Data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, or data.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
