Customers text. Your team keeps serving.

The customer messages an order, the system confirms the details and sends a secure payment link. Once confirmed, the paid order reaches the team.

Illustrative message thread

  • Hiya, can I order two chicken tacos for collection?
  • Yes. Is that two portions, and would you like to add fries or a drink?
  • Two portions and one fries please
  • That’s £14.50. Use this secure link to pay and confirm your collection.

How it works

Three short steps during a busy service.

01

The customer messages

They send the order to the number your business promotes.

02

Details and payment

The configured menu and service rules guide the order before a secure payment link is sent.

03

The team receives it

The confirmed paid order reaches the dashboard and can use supported Star CloudPRNT printing where configured.

The business controls its menu, opening times, sold-out items and supported collection or delivery settings. No automatic synchronisation with every existing till is implied.

Taquitos, Belfast

Used during a real hospitality service.

Taquitos has used the Deadly Hub workflow during service. This approved operational example is separate from the public sandbox, where payments are simulated and physical printing is mocked.

“Completely stress free, high output with a seamless fully automated system.”
