Where we work in Northern Ireland, and how setup works

Deadly Hub is built in Belfast and supports hospitality venues across Northern Ireland: restaurants, takeaways, cafés, food trucks and similar venues. Standard setup is done remotely with a video handover, so the service is the same in every town. On-site visits can be quoted separately.

Start with the work you need done: collection ordering, table reservations, private hire enquiries or a mix. The town pages below walk through different examples, not claims about specific local venues.

Getting started

How a venue gets started

  1. 1

Talk through your menu and workflows

We go through what you sell, how you take orders or bookings, and which parts of Deadly Hub you need.

  2. 2

    Build and configure your site

We build your website and set up your menu, opening hours, booking slots and any extras such as gift cards.

  3. 3

    Connect your payment provider

Online payments go through a supported provider: Stripe, SumUp or Square. Payments go to your account.

  4. 4

    Test an order or booking

We run a test order or booking with you so you can see what customers see and what arrives in your dashboard.

  5. 5

Hand over on a video call

We walk you through the dashboard on a video call. On-site visits can be quoted if you would rather meet in person.

Every page shows a different hospitality workflow. Belfast includes real client work; the other town examples show what the software can do, not a claim that a named local business uses it.

Practical questions about setup and costs

Do you come on site, or is setup remote?+

Standard setup is remote wherever you are in Northern Ireland, with handover over a video call. On-site visits are quoted separately if you want one.
